"Welcome"

Run with the Cougars, We're getting knowledge for college
At Cypress School, this is what parents are saying:

-The staff is dedicated to each child, no exceptions!
-Everyone on the Cypress staff is always friendly.
-I like that the school is small, and the student body diverse. I also think that there is a variety of great teachers.
-Communication from school to parent is great!

Mission Statement

At Cypress School, everyone's progress contributes to the goal of continuous improvement, and progress is recognized, acknowledged and celebrated.
Our vision at Cypress School is to close the opportunity gap for every student by providing a balanced program that will maximize the potential of the whole child.
Instructional strategies reflect best practices that actively engage students to take responsibility for their own learning.
Core curriculum standards, instructional practices and assessments recognize and accommodate individual differences, interests and abilities.
Assessment is ongoing, used to ensure quality learning and to inform teachers and teams regarding curricular and instructional decision-making.
